This apartment has always been inhabited in the past and was the first place of the whole ensemble which was being used. Oskar von Laszewski is said to have planned the mansion with the architect in here.

The Coachman´s House offers ca. 100m² on two floors, with barrier-free rooms on the ground-floor: a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. You can reach the apartment by a small outside-lift from the terrace or by using the stairs. On the first floor is a smaller bedroom with an adjoining shower-bath and a separate toilet. There is also a library behind big steel-glass-doors where you can relax at the desk or in an armchair enjoying the view over the lake.
